We are very excited to be exploring a TeachShare pilot scheme in Manchester to help experienced teachers find compatible job share partners and apply for roles together.
We are looking for:
Teachers who:

are interested in job sharing

want to stay in the profession in a more flexible role
School leaders who:

want to widen their recruitment pool

are interested in flexible staffing models

would like to explore a teacher-led flexible working approach
Manchester has a strong network of school leaders interested in flexible working and teacher retention, making it an ideal place to explore how TeachShare could support schools and teachers.
